Windows updates can strike fear in the hearts of WheatNet-IP users that use our M4usb mic blades or our AoIP virtual audio drivers. If a new Windows audio driver component is installed with an update, it can reset the system sample rate of your audio devices to the Windows default, which is 48 kHz. If your WheatNet-IP system runs at 48 kHz, this won't affect you. But if you're still running a 44.1 kHz audio system, it can be a bad day.
