Playback is silent on PC Driver using a TP-Link USB NIC

Symptom: After a few seconds of normal playback, audio isn't heard but meters in the automation system still move like it's playing back. The driver still shows that it is active in Navigator.

Solution: Go into Device Manager and the TP-Link USB NIC. On the Advanced tab, turn off Selective Suspend and Energy Efficient Ethernet. The Selective Suspend feature is the culprit. You may need to reboot the workstation to get audio playing after making the change.
