When using PC-XY in Windows 10 and 11, it is necessary to right-click and choose Run as Administrator in order for any settings in PC-XY to be saved. You can set the Windows shortcut to always run the program as adminstrator by right-clicking the shortcut icon, then choosing Properties. Go to the Shortcut tab, then click the Advanced button. Check "Run as administrator" and then click Ok and then Apply.
