How to solve No Audio on IP12/IP16 Headphone Jack or No Audio from IP12/IP16 Cue Speaker

The audio destinations for the IP12/IP16 front panel headphone jack and cue speaker need to be added after you connect the console to the mix engine blade.

Here is how:
1. Add the console as a peripheral device in Navigator.

Click the Devices tab in Navigator and then click on the Peripheral Devices tab up top.
Then click the Add button at the right. The
The Add Peripheral Device dialog opens.
For name, put the name of the console/studio so you know which one it is.
For IP address, put the address of the console.
Leave the default TCP port set to 60021
In the host blade drop-down, select the console blade.
Click Ok.

This will add two destinations to the console blade, IP Cue and IP HPStr

2. Go to the Crosspoint Grid in Navigator and connect the IP HP and IP CUE sources to these new destinations.
Notes
Your console blade will have destinations in all caps that are locked and already routed to these sources. Those are the connections to the back of the blade. What you are looking for are the destinations in mixed case (IP Cue vs IP CUE).
Once the connections are made, audio will be sent to the console via Ethernet.
