How To Manage LXE Panel and Screen Scripts

The LXE consoles allow you to save your settings, including panel and screen scripts, in a "project" file. You can have as many project files as you wish. When you first receive your LXE console, you might wish to save a project called "Factory Default" so that if you ever want or need to put your surface configuration back to the way it was when you first received it, you will be able to do so easily.

Other reasons for saving projects include backing up the surface before and after making significant changes. Consider using the studio name or station call letters along with a date as the name of your project. Learn more in the following application note.
