How To Add a SS-8 (SSP-8) Panel to the LXE, GSX, or LX-24
Here's how to add an SS8 scriptable button panel to an LXE or GSX console. The jumpers and ribbon cable provide power and ethernet connectivity to the panel from the console.
If you are installing the panel in an LX-24, you won't use the jumpers or ribbon cable. Rather, you will feed the external power supply and ethernet cables through the back of the console's frame and plug them directly into the SS8 panel.
