Did you know Wheatstone has an online store? We’re continually adding oft-requested parts to the store to make it more convenient for our customers to get the most commonly-used replacement parts. If you know the Wheatstone part number, just do a quick search for that number. Otherwise, put in a keyword such as “fader,” “switch,” “lens cap,” “input module” or whatever it is you’re looking for and see if the part is available on our store. If it is, you can quickly and easily load up your cart and check out with a credit card.
If you’re tax exempt and we have your tax exempt paperwork in our accounting department, they will note that before submitting charges so you won’t be charged sales tax.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for in the online store, it probably just hasn’t been added yet. Go ahead and reach out to Tech Support or your dealer as usual and we’ll get an order going for you.
