The Wheatstone factory in New Bern is closed this week for maintenance and for the Independence Day holiday. However, our support department is open.
During the hours of 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM Eastern Time on June 30-July 3, press 1 when the phone system answers to be connected to technical support for routine and urgent matters. After hours or on July 4th, the message will provide a cell phone number for the engineer on duty for emergency technical support.
The sales department is also open June 30-July 3; they are option 2 on the phone system.

Non-licensed software downloads (console setup GUIs, audio processing GUIs, Talent Stations, etc.) are available to registered users by searching our Knowledge Base below after logging in.

For licensed software like Navigator, the WNIP audio driver, or virtual consoles, please
open a ticket to request a download.
Please note that a request for transferring a license key will result in a $75 charge per seat. This charge will be automatically billed NET 30 for those that are in good standing. Others will need to provide a credit card before issuing new keys.
